The American Consulate General in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking proposals for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for garbage collection services at its compound in the Mohammadia district. This three-year agreement will encompass daily garbage collection, along with the rental of trash bins and dumpsters, with payments structured on a firm fixed-price basis in either Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) or United States Dollars (USD), plus VAT. The total BPA value will not exceed SAR 562,500.00 (approximately USD 150,000.00), with individual purchases capped at USD 10,000.00.
