Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is seeking sources for Records Operations Services to support the National Benefits Center. The selected contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, and materials to perform various pre-processing, non-inherently governmental tasks such as mailroom management, courier services, file control, document scanning, and background interview preparation. Work will take place at the National Benefits Center facilities in Lee’s Summit, Missouri and Overland Park, Kansas, with a focus on ensuring applications and petitions are adjudication-ready. Interested parties must submit a capability response of no more than five pages by September 18, 2026, to Contract Specialist Vanh Phun and Contracting Officer Gregory Forrest.
