The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking to procure an in-house mammography tracking software to establish a comprehensive breast program. This software aims to improve patient follow-up, ensure compliance with the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA), and streamline workflow for staff at the Tulsa Health Care Clinic. Key features required include patient management, exam tracking, a follow-up and reminder system, compliance and reporting capabilities, integration with existing VA systems (VISTA RIS, AGFA PACS, CPRS EHR), user access and security, and analytics dashboards. The project includes installation, training, and annual support maintenance for a base year and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary supplies and services, operating independently of government supervision, with the Government controlling facility access and inspecting completed work.
