The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is seeking to award a sole source contract for the maintenance and technical support of TruckSim and CarSim software licenses from Mechanical Simulation Corporation (MSC). The NTSB requires these services to ensure the operational integrity of its proprietary driving simulators, which are essential for modeling vehicle dynamics and collision avoidance systems in real-time for accident analysis. The contract will cover one base year with the option for up to four additional years, and interested parties capable of fulfilling these requirements are invited to submit capability statements to Bryan J.
