The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking market research responses for annual carpet cleaning services at the New Mexico VA Healthcare System in Albuquerque to help determine acquisition strategy and identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The work covers deep cleaning and shampooing roughly 25,000 square feet of carpeted space within the Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center, part of a larger facility of about 68,000 net usable square feet. Contractors must have at least two years of carpet cleaning experience, provide IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician certification, and comply with the stated safety, conduct, security, and HIPAA-related requirements; services are to be performed on Saturdays except federal holidays.
