Migrant Case Management System
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking information from vendors regarding the development of a Migrant Case Management System (CMS) to assist a foreign-nation partner in managing irregular migration effectively. The objective is to implement a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution that will enhance the partner's capacity to safely and humanely process individuals identified for removal, addressing the challenges posed by limited local government capacity and the need for a robust case management system. This initiative is crucial for ensuring compliance with local and international laws while improving inter-agency coordination and data accuracy in managing immigration cases.
