Supply and Delivery of Fuel for December 2026

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Manila, is seeking sources for the supply and delivery of fuel for December 2026. The selected contractor will be required to provide and deliver fuel oils to support embassy operations in the Philippines. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal, and all prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about the second week of November 2026, and electronic proposals under 10MB in size should be submitted to Mauline Gonzales at ManilaPurchasing@state.gov once the formal due date is established.
