The U.S. Embassy in Yaounde, Cameroon, representing the Department of State, is seeking a contractor to provide complete mobile telephone services. The required scope of work covers approximately 500 official lines and includes local and international calls, international roaming, SMS messaging, voicemail, data services, detailed billing, and 24-hour customer service.
