The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, is conducting a sources sought market research effort for preventive maintenance and repair service for Emulate Zoe CM1 and CM2 culture modules and related equipment. The work covers one year of maintenance support for existing Emulate machinery, including a scheduled annual preventive maintenance visit, unlimited corrective repairs, software and firmware updates, technical support, and service records after each maintenance or repair visit. The requirement is for manufacturer-trained and certified service engineers using OEM specifications and parts, with performance at the FDA White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, Maryland and coordination required before any service is scheduled.
