The Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia, is procuring aircraft taxiing lights under National Stock Number 7R-6220-017206479-P8. The contractor must supply six newly manufactured commercial lights (Reference Number 72500460-001) with delivery designated as FOB Origin. Requirements dictate that all components be new, conform to commercial standards, and be accompanied by a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate from an FAA-approved production approval holder. Only offers from government-approved sources of supply, or their authorized distributors who submit their authorization letters, will be deemed technically acceptable for this solicitation.
