Notice Of Intent to Sole Source – Event Venue Services for U.S. Embassy Singapore Independence Day Celebration

The U.S. Embassy Singapore, part of the Department of State, intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract for event venue services to support the U.S. Embassy Singapore Independence Day Celebration. The requirement is for a full-service venue with a single contiguous indoor event space for about 1,000 to 2,000 attendees, plus in-house catering and audiovisual support for official program activities. The venue must be in a central, accessible location in Singapore and be configured to support Embassy security operations, including controlled entry, screening, orderly attendee movement, and a setting appropriate for a senior diplomatic event.
