Control Tower Roof Replacement at Brookville Lake

The U.S. Department of the Army, through W072 Endist Louisville, is soliciting a contract for control tower roof replacement at Brookville Lake. The work calls for a turn-key replacement of the existing 31-by-35-foot EPDM roof on the control tower with a new fully adhered 0.060 TPO roof system. The scope includes demolition, substrate inspection and repair, new insulation and membrane installation, and all associated detailing and flashing to deliver a complete watertight roofing assembly at 10064 Overlook Road, Brookville, Indiana.
