Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Architect of the Capitol is seeking vendor input for a Congressional Cable TV system assessment and improvement effort for the Capitol Power Plant and related CCTS headends. The work calls for a detailed assessment of the existing system at the Russell Senate Office Building and Capitol Power Plant Annex, along with drawings, connectivity and data-flow documentation, and a comprehensive improvement plan covering content delivery, resiliency, security, efficiency, and control room upgrades. The effort is to be performed on-site in Washington, D.C. over a 180-calendar-day period of performance, with core work hours subject to COR approval and with security requirements including escorts, E-Verify, and background checks. Interested vendors are asked to email their responses to Donald Fuqua by noon on April 24, 2026, and include whether they can perform under a GSA Schedule, typical contract duration, past similar work, and any other relevant information.
