Notice of Intent: FBSU Zeiss Ophthalmic Equipment PM Services

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, Billings Area Indian Health Service, intends to award a non-competitive purchase order for preventive maintenance and software services. The required services will support Carl Zeiss Meditec USA, Inc. ophthalmic diagnostic equipment located at the Fort Belknap Service Unit in Harlem, Montana. The anticipated contract is a fixed-price purchase order with a period of performance from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, and includes three twelve-month option periods. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, interested firms that believe they can provide these services may submit a written notification to Prudence Yellow Owl at prudence.yellowowl@ihs.gov.
