The Defense Information Systems Agency, on behalf of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, is seeking quotes to reaward a dedicated 1 Gbps telecommunications service in Honolulu, Hawaii. The selected contractor must provide a point-to-point circuit connecting two locations within the same facility at 2058 Maluhia Road to replace an existing Communication Service Authorization. To ensure critical redundancy, the new route must be entirely independent of the existing Hawaiian Telcom circuit and utilize Gigabit Ethernet interfaces with Cisco 4331 termination equipment. Eligible contractors must possess a signed Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization Basic Agreement and prepare for a 60-month service period with a target start date of September 26, 2026.
