The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland is seeking sources for a fixed-price purchase order for a build-to-order clamshell door assembly. The requirement is for part number R68730, quantity 20, to support clamshell doors installed on U-1C Foils used on a government aircraft system. The door must open and close reliably in a harsh flight environment where wind speeds can exceed 500 mph, and detailed technical data and drawings are available from the government upon request; the planned action is a 100% small business set-aside.
