The Department of the Air Force, 316th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, is seeking a contractor to deliver a turn-key aircrew transition training program to qualify experienced UH-1N aircrew on the HH-60W platform. The selected contractor will be responsible for program management, syllabus adaptation, courseware development, scheduling, and executing a three-phase training program encompassing academic, simulator, and live flight instruction. Work will primarily take place at Joint Base Andrews, with simulator training conducted offsite, and all contractor personnel must possess active SECRET security clearances to support an 11-person staffing model.
