SDB T&I and CLS

The Department of the Air Force, specifically AFLCMC EBHK at Hill Air Force Base, is seeking sources to perform Small Diameter Bomb I (SDB I) Test and Integration (T&I) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). The required scope of work encompasses aircraft integration, testing, and program support, alongside sustainment services such as non-warranted repairs, operational safety testing, software integration, supply chain management, and sustaining engineering. A critical aspect of this effort is that the SDB I Original Equipment Manufacturer is not required to provide equipment, supplies, materials, or a build-to technical data package for the system. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement of no more than 15 pages to Jason Lema at jason.lema@us.af.mil and Deric Deede at deric.deede@us.af.mil by 3:00 P.M. MDT on September 23, 2026.
