The U.S. Air Force, through the Department of Defense, is conducting a sources sought market survey for repair and calibration services for Rohde & Schwarz spectrum analyzers. The work covers depot-level repair, adjustment, modification, calibration, and verification for three non-operational government-owned FSV40-N signal and spectrum analyzers, with the contractor providing labor, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation. The analyzers must be restored to like-new condition, calibrated in an ISO 9001-certified facility to IEC/ISO 17025 standards using a non-binary decision rule with guard-banding, and supported by documentation showing OEM specification compliance; performance is to be provided at Edwards, California. Interested firms must submit information on company details, experience, business size, and other relevant data in a package of no more than three pages, and only companies able to support all areas will be considered for this market research.
