Non-Personal Services Real Time Research Lease

The work covers use of the system at the Lower Granite Dam adult fish trap, including touch-screen data entry, synchronization to a centralized RTR database, and a web-based portal for managing and distributing adult salmonid data. The system is described as custom-built to meet long-standing data rules and relationships, and it supports data handling for six state and federal agencies; the contemplated award is a firm-fixed-price sole-source purchase order.
