Sources Sought Portable Restroom Rentals

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), has issued a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing as-needed portable restroom rentals and related services. The anticipated requirement supports National Cemeteries across several Western states and Pacific regions, including California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington. The scope of work includes delivering, setting up, weekly servicing, cleaning, restocking, and removing portable restrooms. A typical order may consist of standard units, ADA-compliant units, and handwashing stations. Contractors must be capable of delivering and setting up the equipment within one business day of an order. The VA anticipates an ordering period of up to five years under NAICS code 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services).
