UAS Material CYs 2027-2032

The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command, intends to award a sole-source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract modification to Insitu, Inc. to provide unmanned aircraft systems material. The contractor will supply hardware, including RQ-21A Blackjack, Integrator, and ScanEagle air vehicles, payloads, turrets, spares, and support equipment to support International Partners. This procurement will be executed on a firm-fixed-price basis to leverage the contractor's proprietary technical data, unique logistics support experience, and design specifications. Work will be performed in Bingen, Washington, over an anticipated five-year ordering period starting in the third quarter of fiscal year 2027.
