The 128th Air Refueling Wing, under the Department of the Army, is seeking sources for a project to repair by replacement the roof on Building B512 at General Mitchell Air National Guard Base in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The work calls for removal and replacement of approximately 23,100 square feet of the existing built-up roof system, including a new fully adhered 60-mil EPDM roof with minimum R-20 insulation, plus replacement of about 750 linear feet of gutters and 150 linear feet of downspouts. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, inspect the existing deck after demolition, and perform the work in accordance with UFC 3-110-03 and the project specifications while minimizing disruption to base operations and protecting the building from weather exposure.
