Whiting Field SPE600-17-C-5037GOCO Alongside Aircraft Refueling and/ Fuel Storage Services

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Energy, is seeking to extend an existing contract for government-owned contractor-operated aircraft and ground fuel services and fuel storage and distribution at NAS Whiting Field in Florida. The work covers procuring, receiving, handling, and issuing DLA Energy fuel products, along with operation and maintenance of fuel facilities, product quality surveillance, inventory control and accounting, security, safety, and environmental protection. The contractor must provide and manage mobile fuel servicing equipment and support aviation, bulk storage, and ground fuel servicing operations with 24/7 uninterrupted service in the Pensacola region, including outlying fields, under applicable federal, state, and local requirements. DLA Energy plans a 12-month firm-fixed-price extension to the incumbent, Maytag Aircraft LLC, for the period June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, and the contract will be subject to FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards.
