The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Food and Drug Administration, through the FDA Office of Acq Grant Svcs, is conducting market research for a preventive maintenance and repair service agreement for automatic watering systems supporting the National Center for Toxicological Research in Jefferson, Arkansas. The work covers quarterly preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for the SE Labs automatic watering systems in buildings 53, 62, and 62A-177, including related components such as storage tanks, pumps, delivery and return lines, filters, UV sterilization units, and Monnit monitoring equipment. The requirement calls for all parts, labor, travel, emergency service response within 2 to 5 business days, 24/7 technical phone support, OEM-trained certified technicians, software and firmware updates, and service in occupied animal facilities with access and occupational health constraints. The contemplated contract is firm fixed price with a base period from July 24, 2026 through July 23, 2027 and four one-year options, and service would be performed at 3900 NCTR Road in Jefferson, Arkansas.
