The program requires applicants to be public or private non-profit organizations that partner with educational institutions to provide personalized career development plans, including case management, vocational training, and mentorship, while also offering financial assistance for related costs. With a total funding pool of $5 million, individual awards will range from $250,000 to $325,000, and applications are due by June 28, 2024, with awards expected to be announced by August 30, 2024.
