Strategies to Link, Engage, and Retain Men with HIV in Care: Evaluation Provider
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Health Resources and Services Administration is seeking one cooperative agreement recipient to serve as the Evaluation Provider for an initiative focused on linking, engaging, and retaining men with HIV in care. The selected provider will lead a multi-site evaluation, provide evaluation-specific technical assistance to implementation sites, analyze data, and help translate findings into materials for broader replication. The work is grounded in implementation science and is intended to support interventions for men who are not consistently engaged in care, in coordination with a separate Implementation Technical Assistance Provider. Applications are due July 8, 2026, with up to $1.3 million available for one award, and questions may be directed to spns@hrsa.gov.
