    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE AIR FORCE is seeking an opportunity assessment for Security Forces Rigger's Belt. Rigger's belts are used Air Force wide for a wide variety of duties ranging from everyday use to heavy use tactical situations. The Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC) is assessing the viability and impact of purchasing rigger's belts on an enterprise level to meet the needs of the Air Force. The rigger's belts must meet specific specifications including mil-spec or Cobra buckle and "D" ring tie-in, minimum 7,000 pound tensile strength, reinforced liner, redundant stitching, hook & loop covered tail, heat-sealed bitter ends, tan 499 or black colorway, and multiple sizes to fit waist ranges from at least 24-54 inches. The estimated quantity needed is around 3200 units on a yearly basis split between various sizes.
