Description

Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking services for the operation of air traffic control towers at Quantico, VA. These services are crucial for air traffic operations to and from the United States Marine Corps Quantico Air Facility (MCAF), as well as enroute air traffic within the National Airspace System (NAS). The services are in support of "No-Fail" missions for Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) and Presidential airlift missions "BANNER". The contractor will be responsible for providing airfield services comparable to Marine Corps operations and must fulfill the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract is planned as a firm-fixed price with a base period of 12 months and four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor must meet all the necessary capabilities and solutions and provide services comparable to NAVAIR 00-80T-124.
