    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking Cisco Call Manager Licenses. These licenses are used for digitized, cloud-based talent acquisition software similar to Cisco. The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division intends to purchase these licenses on a Brand Name basis as Cisco is the only known brand that meets the required form, fit, and function for this application.
