    The Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Indian Health Service, is seeking (5) Surgeons for nonpersonal services at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) in Chinle, Arizona. The CCHCF is a 60-bed hospital that serves as the health care hub for the region, providing a range of services including adult intensive care, general surgery, obstetrics, and emergency room services. The Surgeons will be responsible for providing healthcare services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract period of performance is 12 months, with the option to extend for additional periods. The Contractor will be responsible for all costs associated with providing the services, including travel, per diem, and lodging. The Government quarters are currently not available, but housing options are available in the area.
