    Solicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking Antennas, Waveguides, and Related Equipment in Dahlgren, VA. The service/item being procured is miscellaneous communication equipment. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to Persistent Systems, LLC for specific manufactured products. The required products are exclusive to Persistent Systems, LLC and any effort to replicate this system in-house would result in duplication of costs and additional time.
