    Special Notice: HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to HA Design Group, LLC for Television Operations Center Equipment Maintenance. This service is typically used to maintain the equipment and software of the NIH Events Management Branch (EMB) Television Operations Center (TOC) to ensure reliability and functionality for projects associated with EMB clients from NIH, the Department of Health of Human Services, and worldwide. HA Design Group, LLC is the sole known responsible source for this requirement, as they were the designer and integrator of the TOC system hardware and software currently in use in EMB. The Government anticipates issuing the award approximately five (5) days after the date of this notice, unless another company is determined to have the capability to satisfy this requirement.
