    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking Dissolved Oxygen O&M Services for the Up River and Down River Dissolved Oxygen Injection facilities in Rincon, Georgia. The services include complete and efficient operations and maintenance of the facilities, including the control, communications, and electrical rooms, dissolved oxygen treatment components, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and security provisions. The facilities are to be in full operation continuously from June 15 through September 30, with staffing required from May 1 through October 31. Qualified personnel with experience in facility support services are required. Interested organizations must provide their firm's information, including business size, bonding capacity, capability statement, and experience in similar projects. Experience with service contracts with the Federal Government in the range of $1M-$5M annually and staffing a site 7 days/week during the Run season with 5-10 personnel is preferred.
