The milling head is damaged and needs to be exchanged with a head from another machine. The contractor will be responsible for preparing the machine, removing the damaged head, installing the replacement head, and ensuring the machine is aligned and functioning properly. The contractor must also perform geometric inspection, leveling, squareness error corrections, spindle lubrication circuit flushing, tool changer alignment, and laser calibration of machining axis.
