The syringes with permanently attached safety needles are single-use, sterile, plastic syringes with milliliter (ML) or cubic centimeter (CC) graduation markings and engineered sharps injury prevention feature. These syringes will be available in various volumes, needle lengths, and gauges. The objective is to standardize the product line and create an Incentive Agreement (IA) as part of the MSPV program executed by DLA Troop Support. Vendors interested in participating in the QSL process must have or be in the process of obtaining a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) and a separate commercial agreement with the current Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) for each MMESO Area of Responsibility (AOR). All proposed items must be on DAPA for the DLA Troop Support MSPV program and manufactured in a Trade Agreements Act (TAA) Compliant Country. The release of the QSL Announcement is imminent and all relevant information will be available on the SAM.gov website.
