    Sources Sought for Family Strong Bonds Event
    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, is seeking sources for an upcoming Strong Bonds event hosted by the Chaplain's Office of the New Mexico Air National Guard. The event will take place in the Colorado Springs or Denver, Colorado area and requires various services.
    The event requires lodging for 22 families, with a minimum of two queen size beds for each lodging room. Additionally, a conference room with a minimum size of 2,200 square feet is needed, which must be at the same location as the lodging. The conference space should accommodate 20 round tables seating 4-6 people each, allowing each family to have their own workspace.
    In terms of meals, the event requires up to 80 meals, including one dinner, two breakfasts, one lunch, and coffee and water provided during conference times in the conference room. The meals are to be served in the dining room.
    Furthermore, the event location must have a water park on premises to provide a retreat-like setting for the families. Parking for 22 vehicles for the duration of the event is also required.
