The survey, performed from October 24-28, 2024, found various flooring materials and mastics on the first floor containing asbestos, totaling approximately 5,628 square feet. Previous assessments also indicated asbestos in Red Duct Mastic and Sink Undercoating, which are now assumed positive. The report recommends abatement or appropriate response actions for all confirmed or assumed ACM prior to disturbance activities. Additionally, any other suspect materials not included in the report should be treated as ACM until sampled and tested. Notification to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) is also recommended 10 days prior to renovation/demolition.
